We are a photography brand in Lagos State. We offer photography services for events, weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, etc.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS OF SERVICE
1) Exclusive Rights to Images attracts a fee. (this is specifically for clients who do not want
the photographer to publish their images for portfolio purposes via Social Media,
Prints and Website)

2) For Events Within Lagos, Client Provide Hotel Accommodation close to Client's Hotel to avoid Lateness.

3) For events outside Lagos, Travel fee (Round Trip Fare as the case may be) and Accommodation for the requested number of
photographers must be provided by the client.

4) PAYMENT PLAN: 80% advance payment and 20% balance after event coverage. The initial 80% can be split and paid twice.

Full payment before event day is also allowed.

5) Photobook and frames delivery takes up to 6 weeks from the wedding date.
Soft copies will be ready within 4weeks from the wedding date(s).
20 Highlight pictures of the event will be ready within 7 days after the Event for web uploads if requested.

6) There will be NO refund if the client cancels the event date or decides not to use our services
after the deposit has been paid.

7) Balance not paid after the event may lead to an extension of our delivery time.

8) ONLINE GALLERY: The client's online gallery will be active for downloads and will expire after 1 month from the upload date.
   The client is expected to download their photos and backup them on their favorite cloud storage.
