Additional Pricing Information for The Succourer
Booking/Reservation Fee
• A 30%–50%non-refundable booking fee is required to confirmyour date.
• This amount is deducted fromthe total service cost.
Payment Schedule
• First Payment (Booking Fee): Upon agreement and date confirmation
• Final Balance: Due 5–7 days before the event
• Flexible payment plans available for Diamond &Platinumpackages upon request.
Rush Fee

• Events booked less than 14 days in advance attract a rush fee of ₦50,000–₦150,000, depending
on event size and complexity.
Public Holiday or Overnight Event Fee
An additional ₦70,000 – ₦200,000may apply for:
• Events held on public holidays
• Events requiring overnight coordination
Travel &Accommodation Costs (For events outside Lagos or requiring overnight stay)
• Clients are responsible for:
• Planner and team’s transportation
• Accommodation if overnight stay is required
• Feeding and miscellaneous for team(as may be agreed in contract)

Vendor Fees Are Separate
Package fees do not include third-party vendor costs (e.g., venue, decor, catering, photography,
entertainment).
However, The Succourer will negotiate, recommend, and coordinate vendors on your behalf.
Change Requests or Rescheduling
Date changes within 2weeks of the event may incur a rescheduling fee.
Customizations after the final brief may attract additional costs depending on the request.

Client Responsibility Clause
Final decisions on vendors, payments, and approvals rest with the client unless otherwise stated in a
contractual delegation agreement.
