Terms & Conditions

Video Delivery & Amendments

All videos will be delivered via an online gallery.

Clients are entitled to one round of amendments only at no extra cost.

Any additional changes beyond this will attract a ₦20,000 re-edit fee.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel this contract at any time by providing written notice to the videographer(s).

However, any payments already made, including deposits, are non-refundable.

Payment Terms

A 70% non-refundable deposit is required upon agreement to secure the date and services.

Payment of the deposit also signifies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The balance must be paid in full before or on the event date.

Refunds & Transfers

Deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.

Delivery Timeline

The videographer aims to complete and deliver all videos within 6–8 weeks from the wedding day.
