Please Kindly Note: 
1.  Event duration is 7 hrs but if you want to make use of the hall for more than that, there's provision for that, at a cost of N200,000 per hour ( two hundred  thousand naira only).

2. We will make available 8 cleaners, 2 mobile police and 6 LASTMAN for the duration of your event

3. Aside from the hall rate, the client has a caution fee of 100 thousand naira to be paid before the event date ( clients are advised to pay in cash so it can be refunded immediately after the event.

4. NO PARKING ON THE STREET, all guests must make use of the parking space  provided by the management of Rosetree Event Center. (violation of this rule will cost you your caution fee)

5. Clients are allowed to bring in food and decoration is allowed
