TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking & Payment

• Deposit Required: A 50% deposit to secure your booking date
• Final Payment: Due 24 hours before event commencement
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, cash, or mobile money
• Cancellation: 72-hour notice required for deposit refund (less 20% processing fee)

Service Delivery

• Setup Time: Allow 1-2 hours for complete bar setup
• Service Duration: Minimum 4-hour service period
• Overtime Rates: ₦500 per additional hour beyond the agreed timeframe
• Travel Charges: Included within Lagos mainland; additional fees apply for island locations

Client Responsibilities

• Venue Access: Provide adequate space and power supply for bar setup
• Permits: Client is responsible for obtaining the necessary event permits/licenses
• Security: Client ensures the safety of equipment and staff during the event
• Guest Count: Final guest count required 48 hours before the event

Quality Assurance

• Ingredient Freshness: All cocktails are made with fresh, quality ingredients
• Equipment Standards: Professional-grade bar tools and glassware provided
• Staff Conduct: Uniformed, trained mixologists with professional service standards
• Insurance: Full liability coverage for our equipment and staff

Special Considerations

• Weather Contingency: Alternative indoor setup available for outdoor events
