This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Cost My Event (CME) issues refunds for monthly and annual subscription payments, boosted ads, bid credits, and other vendor services. This policy ensures fairness to our vendors while protecting the integrity and operational costs of the CME platform.
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
• Duplicate payment made by the vendor.
• Accidental or unauthorized charges.
• Technical issues preventing access to purchased services.
• Vendor requests cancellation within the approved refund window.
• Any case where CME determines a refund is appropriate after internal review.
Monthly subscriptions qualify for a refund if the vendor submits a request within 7 days of the payment date. Refund requests submitted after this period may not be eligible. After 7 days, all annual subscription payments become strictly non-refundable.
Note: refunds do not apply when the vendor has already received platform exposure, leads, or promotional benefits.
Annual subscriptions qualify for a refund only if the vendor submits a request within 14 days of the payment date. After 14 days, all annual subscription payments become strictly non-refundable.

The following items are non-refundable once activated or used, regardless of subscription type:
• Boosted Ads or promotional placements already delivered.
• Bid credits already used or applied to a job request.
• Profile visibility boosts active during the billing cycle.
• Any service where benefits have already been consumed.
To request a refund, vendors must:
• Submit a written request to CME Support.
• Provide payment details and the reason for the refund.
• Allow 3–10 business days for review and processing.
Vendors who file false or unauthorized chargebacks may have their accounts permanently restricted. CME reserves the right to contest chargebacks with evidence of service usage or platform benefits received.
All refund decisions made by CME Support are final. Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness to both the vendor and the platform.
