KOMMIE EVENTS – TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Booking & Payment • A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to confirm your date and secure our services. • The balance (50%) must be paid at least 7 days before the event date. • Bookings without a deposit will not be considered confirmed. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstance. If the client cancels the event, any additional payments made (beyond the booking fee) may be refunded only if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the event. Date changes are subject to availability and must be communicated in writing. 3. Event Changes Any major changes (venue, date, time, number of guests, etc.) must be communicated at least 14 days before the event. Additional costs may apply if the scope of work or number of guests increases. 4. Vendor & Third-Party Services Kommie Events will manage vendors on behalf of the client; however, we are not liable for any third-party service failures beyond our control. Clients are encouraged to review and approve all vendor selections. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate event details and maintain open communication. Access to the event venue must be granted to Kommie Events team as agreed for setup and coordination. 6. Event Day Conduct The client and guests must cooperate with our coordination team for smooth event flow. Kommie Events reserves the right to withdraw services if staff face any form of harassment or unsafe working conditions. 7. Liability Kommie Events will take reasonable care in managing all aspects of the event but will not be held liable for loss, damage, or injury caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, power failure, or vendor negligence). 8. Media & Promotion Kommie Events reserves the right to use event photos and videos for marketing and portfolio purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing. 9. Acceptance Payment of the booking fee signifies that the client has read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
