PAYMENT TERMS (The "70/30" Rule)

To ensure operational readiness (transport, uniforms, feeding), SGI operates on a strict payment schedule:

➢ Initial Deposit: 70% of the total contract value is due upon signing to secure the date.

➢ Balance: 30% is due at the commencement of the event or 2 hours hours before.

➢ Overtime: Any service exceeding the agreed [Number] of hours will be charged at ₦9,000per hour.

3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

The Client shall provide:

➢ A designated "Point of Contact" for the SGI Supervisor.

➢ Access to the venue at least 2 hours before the event for a "Security Sweep."

➢ Basic welfare (water and a meal) for guards on shifts exceeding 6 hours.

 LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

➢ SGI operatives are trained to prevent loss and injury; however, SGI is not an insurance company.
