Terms & Conditions

All prices are subject to availability and confirmation.

A non-refundable deposit (50%) is required to secure booking; balance to be paid before the event date.

Prices may change for last-minute bookings or changes made within 72 hours of the event.

Final guest count must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event.

Any additional items or services requested on the event day will attract extra charges.

Client is responsible for providing a secure and suitable serving area.

Events by Misan is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, power outage, venue restrictions, etc.).

Cancellation within 48 hours of the event forfeits deposit.

Service charge and logistics are separate from the price stated 

All services are provided for the agreed duration; extensions attract additional fees.
