3. Failure to meet these payment deadlines may result in the *cancellation of your booking*.

*CANCELLATION & REFUND*
1. *No-shows* or cancellations made *less than 24 hours* before the event are *non-refundable*.
2. Cancellations made before the remaining 30% is paid will be refunded *minus the non-refundable deposit* and *any vendor fees* already incurred (if applicable).
3. Cancellations made *more than 24 hours* in advance can be *rescheduled*, but *not refunded*.
4. *Last-minute changes* may incur *additional charges*.

*RESCHEDULED EVENTS*
1. Events can be rescheduled within *2 months* of the original date.
2. Events beyond the 2-month window will be *treated as a new booking* and billed accordingly.
3. Rescheduling requests must be made at least *2 weeks* before the new proposed date.
4. The client is responsible for *any additional costs* resulting from the rescheduled event.
