*BOOKINGS*  
1. A booking is considered confirmed only after a *70% deposit* of the total invoice has been received. This includes a *non-refundable 25% deposit*.  
2. The remaining *30% balance* must be paid *no later than 4 days* before the event date.  
3. Failure to meet these payment deadlines may result in the *cancellation of your booking*.

*CANCELLATION & REFUND*  
1. *No-shows* or cancellations made *less than 24 hours* before the event are *non-refundable*.  
2. Cancellations made before the remaining 30% is paid will be refunded *minus the non-refundable deposit* and *any vendor fees* already incurred (if applicable).  
3. Cancellations made *more than 24 hours* in advance can be *rescheduled*, but *not refunded*.  
4. *Last-minute changes* may incur *additional charges*.

*RESCHEDULED EVENTS*  
1. Events can be rescheduled within *2 months* of the original date.  
2. Events beyond the 2-month window will be *treated as a new booking* and billed accordingly.  
3. Rescheduling requests must be made at least *2 weeks* before the new proposed date.
4. The client is responsible for *any additional costs* resulting from the rescheduled event.

*CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES*  
1. Clients must provide *accurate event details* and specify any *preferences or special requirements* in advance.  
2. *No open flames or fireworks* are allowed near décor setups.  
3. Children must be kept away from *balloon arrangements* due to choking hazards.  
4. Clients are *liable for damage* to any rented décor or equipment caused by attendees.  
5. We are *not responsible* for any damage caused by external factors (e.g., fire, water leaks).
