ADUNNICOOKS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking & Payment
•    All orders/inquiries must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 50%.
    •    Orders/inquiries are only secured after the deposit payment is received.
    •    Full payment must be completed 24–72 hours before the delivery/event date.
    •    We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed orders.

2. Order Lead Time
    •    Standard orders require at least 48 hours' notice.
    •    Large events/catering require 3–7 days' notice, depending on size.
    •    Urgent orders may attract an express fee.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    •    Deposits are non-refundable.
    •    Cancellations made:
    •    48+ hours before delivery: balance may be refunded (excluding deposit).
    •    Less than 48 hours: no refund.
    •    Date changes are subject to availability.

4. Delivery Policy
    •    Delivery fees depend on location and will be communicated upfront.
    •    Clients must provide accurate delivery details.
    •    Adunnicooks is not responsible for delays caused by:
    •    Traffic
    •    Incorrect address
    •    Client unavailability

5. Pick-Up Policy
    •    Clients must arrive at the agreed pickup time.
    •    Food not picked up within a reasonable time may not be guaranteed in optimal condition.

6. Menu & Custom Orders
    •    Menu prices are subject to change without prior notice.
    •    Custom orders must be clearly discussed and agreed upon before payment.
    •    We reserve the right to make slight adjustments where necessary while maintaining quality.

7. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
    •    Clients must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.
    •    Adunnicooks will not be liable for allergic reactions if not disclosed.

8. Portioning
    •    Portions are based on the agreed guest count.
    •    Additional servings outside the agreed quantity will attract extra charges.

9. Event Catering
    •    Setup and service requirements must be discussed before the event.
    •    Any extension in service time may incur additional fees.

10. Liability
    •    Once food has been delivered or picked up, Adunnicooks is not liable for:
    •    Improper storage
    •    Mishandling by the client or third parties

11. Photos & Marketing
    •    We reserve the right to take photos/videos of our work for promotional use unless otherwise stated by the client.

12. Agreement
    •    By making payment, the client agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
