At Rock Royale Events, we are committed to delivering elegant, premium, and unforgettable event experiences. Kindly review the following terms before booking with us:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and commence planning and production.  

• Final payment must be completed before event installation/setup begins.  

• Pricing varies based on event size, location, theme, customization, luxury installations, floral selections, lighting, and additional design elements requested by the client.  

• Luxury decorations and customized installations may require additional production time and costs.  

• Any changes made after approval of the final design may attract additional charges.  

• Clients are expected to communicate all event details clearly, including venue access time, event timeline, and special requests, to ensure smooth execution.  

• Damages caused to rented items, props, furniture, or installations by guests, vendors, or third parties will be charged to the client.  

• In situations beyond our control, including weather conditions, venue restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, adjustments may be made while maintaining the quality and elegance of the event design.  

• Setup and dismantling times will be agreed upon prior to the event to maintain professionalism and coordination with the venue.
