Meal Description (Per Plate)

Each meal plate includes:

One rice dish (Fried Rice or Jollof Rice)

One protein of choice (Fish, Chicken, Turkey, or Beef)

Side dish (Coleslaw or Moi Moi)

Prices remain within the stated range (₦4,000 – ₦5,500 per plate)

Final costs may be negotiated based on guest count, event size, and special requests.

Other dish options outside the listed menu are available upon request.

Menu customization is available based on client preference and budget.

Special requests can be discussed and negotiated during the booking consultation.

Extras & Add-Ons

Sweet Corn → ₦1,000 per portion

Snails (3 pcs) → ₦2,000 per portion

Payment Terms

For 300–500 guests → 70% deposit required to validate booking; 30% balance on delivery.

For 50–300 guests → 80% deposit required to validate booking; 20% balance on delivery.

Booking Policy

Maximum booking window: 4 weeks before event date.

Minimum booking window: 2 weeks before event date.

Meal adjustments: Changes to meal requests are allowed up to 5 days before the event date.

No last-minute requests: We do not take impromptu or last-minute changes, as all meals are tailored for quality delivery.

Service Charge

20% of the total cost is charged as a service fee (covers logistics + onsite serving).

This fee is non-negotiable, but may be reviewed depending on the client’s location and scope of deliverables.

Delivery & Pickup option available if on-site service is not required.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full Refund: Cancellation made within 5 days after deposit payment.

Partial Refund: Cancellation made after 5 days will result in a 40% forfeiture of the deposit.

This is because event planning and resource allocation begin immediately after the 5-day window.
